This is a beautiful Gastro pub with rooms delivering good British cuisine at its best - all dishes are cooked from scratch - farm to plate. They all have extensive wedding facilities and currently dealing with approximately 2 weddings a week throughout peak seasons.
The kitchen has recently been refurbished to ensure the Chef team can deliver to the highest expectations.

Chef required to join an already established team - totally fresh produce kitchen
Although this is a gastro restaurant / pub they are extremely busy - so this is fast paced to 400 covers a day / night, also may have weddings on at the same time,

Person Specification...
• You will need to be used to a fast paced kitchen - high volume background
• Have the ability to cook everything from fresh - there are no packets here
• Interest in pastry & making deserts would be desirable
• Great attitude to fit in with a real Team work ethic
• Can do hands on attitude
• Minimum of 5yrs from Restaurant / Gastro pubs
• Quality cuisine background
• Your own transport - as this is not on a public transport route
