Working for an accident repair centre - Collecting and Delivering vehicles to customers whilst delivering excellent customer service
Previous experience is essential.

The Role: Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver
As a Customer Service Driver, you will be responsible for:
* Collecting damaged vehicles from customers' homes or workplaces and delivering them to the repair centre.
* Checking cars in / out with customers, taking videos and images, completing paperwork and general vehicle movements on site when required.
* Returning repaired vehicles to customers once work is completed.
* Providing a professional, friendly, and reassuring service to every customer, ensuring their experience is positive from start to finish.
* Ensuring accuracy when taking images of the vehicles and recording damage prior to collecting the vehicle.
* Taking images of the vehicle upon receipt, and getting it signed off with the customer.
* Conducting basic vehicle checks prior to collection and delivery.
* Completing all required paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
* Representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
Vehicle collection & Recovery Driver Experience Required
* Clean Licence required
* Customer-facing experience
* Ideally worked for a repair centre in a similar role
* Excellent customer service
