As a Process Owner, you’ll play a key role within the team identifying process improvements across the Customer Operations department. You’ll be actively involved in Society wide projects representing our area and being the voice of the West Brom in industry forums and third-party supplier meetings.
You’ll ensure that all departmental policies and procedures remain up to date; and you’ll work closely with internal teams to continually optimise existing processes to make sure we remain compliant, and our customers receive an excellent service.
What the role will look like:
* Work alongside all areas to continually improve and refine business processes. This will mainly be within Customer Operations but will include Distribution teams also.
* Provide representation and input into Society wide projects where necessary.
* Work with Senior Leaders to help design, implement and embed a ‘Continuous improvement’ ethos across the Customer Operations function.
* Conduct a regular gap analysis to highlight where changes need to be made taking into account overall business requirements, regulatory requirements and customer experience.
* Provide support and “expert” level knowledge to colleagues across the department.
* Represent the Society in industry forums and third-party supplier meetings.

* Knowledge of the Societies systems (UFSS, MAPS, Siebel) is desirable and the confidence to challenge existing processes when required.
* Extensive experience working within an administrative function.
* Knowledge of regulatory legislation.
* Effective time and workload management.
