Business Support Advisor
Location: Head Office (Walton on the Hill, Tadworth) / Hybrid
Position type: Permanent
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,570 per annum
Are you highly organised, detail-driven and passionate about supporting teams to deliver their best work? We’re looking for a Business Support Advisor to join our Head Office team in Walton on the Hill, Tadworth, providing first-class support to our colleagues and customers across the business.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations – helping to manage queries, ensuring data accuracy, supporting workforce planning, and acting as the vital link between our operational and support office teams. It’s a fast-paced, varied position where no two days are the same, and your problem-solving skills and attention to detail will make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for colleague and customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
2. Supporting divisional operations with contract administration, workforce planning, and helpdesk duties.
3. Managing data, reports and BI tools to provide insight to managers and directors.
4. Coordinating diaries, meetings, travel and accommodation for colleagues.
5. Raising purchase orders, managing stock requests and processing incoming/outgoing mail.
6. Driving efficiency and accuracy in systems, communications and processes.
7. Championing projects and supporting continuous improvement across the business.
What we’re looking for:
8. Proven experience building positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
9. Strong IT skills with confidence using business systems and software.
10. Previous experience in a contract support or helpdesk role (desirable).
11. Excellent attention to detail, organisation and adaptability in a busy environment.
12. A proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to prioritise and deliver results.
