1. Shape risk practices: Work with a dynamic team to deliver annual control assessments, usingdata-driven and AI-powered toolsto innovate how we test and monitor risks.
2. Collaborate with business partners: Help teams refine their control documentation, identify gaps, and streamline processes—ensuring alignment with industry standards.
3. Drive insights: Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels, turning complex data into actionable recommendations.
4. Champion continuous improvement: Spot opportunities to refine reports, focusing onkey metricsthat truly matter, and bring fresh ideas from inside and outside RBC.
5. Lead with innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, benchmark our practices, and push forbest-in-class risk solutions.
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
6. Risk expertise: Strong knowledge ofOperational Risk frameworks, control assessments, and risk management practices.
7. Tech-savvy skills: Experience withAI toolsand a knack for leveraging analytics to solve problems.
8. Communication prowess: Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and presenting ideas with clarity and confidence.
9. Proactive mindset: A passion for innovation, efficiency, and driving standardization.
