This business is recognised for its strong relationships with clinics, commitment to education, and focus on evidence-led outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Sales Manager to take ownership of a high-potential territory across the North of England, driving new business growth while developing long-term partnerships with professionals. Role & Responsibilities: Proactively identify, target, and secure new clinic and prescriber-led accounts within medical and skin aesthetics Build and execute a structured territory growth strategy focused on opening new doors and increasing market penetration Develop and manage account plans aligned to revenue targets and wider commercial objectives Present quarterly business reviews and growth plans to key customers Establish trusted relationships with clinic owners, aesthetic doctors, nurses, and skin professionals Lead commercial discussions and negotiate supply agreements with new and emerging accounts Work collaboratively with clinical education and marketing functions to support training, launches, and promotional activity Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to inform territory strategy Represent the brand portfolio at industry events, meetings, and educational forums Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM records Ensure all activity is compliant with regulatory, ethical, and industry standards Essential Experience / Essentials Proven experience in a sales or business development role within skincare, pharmaceuticals, medical or healthcare sales Strong understanding of clinical environments and confidence engaging with prescribers Commercially minded with the ability to plan, prioritise, and execute a structured sales strategy Knowledge of the UK medical aesthetics landscape and regulatory framework Exposure to product or brand launches within clinical settings Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable managing a field-based role with frequent face-to-face appointments Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools About You An established Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with experience in new business acquisition, territory development, and long-term account growth across a defined northern territory. You’ll have strong commercial capability alongside clinical credibility within medical aesthetics. Experience in expanding market presence, opening new clinic partnerships, and driving revenue through structured territory planning and relationship-led selling. Why This Job?
