What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards Assisting in menu development and kitchen organisation✅ What We’re Looking For: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up A genuine love for cooking and an eye for detail Team player with a positive attitude Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods⏰ Working Hours: Enjoy a great work-life balance with a daytime schedule: Monday to Thursday: 7am – 2pm Friday: 7am – 11am Evenings and weekends off!
