Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington DC, part of Johns Hopkins Medicine, offers a distinguished history of community service since 1890. As a full-service, not-for-profit hospital, Sibley provides comprehensive inpatient services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetric, oncology, orthopedic, and skilled nursing care, along with a 24-hour Emergency Department. Responsibilities
* Oversee Pharmacy operations, including scheduling, personnel management, medication procurement, sterile and non-sterile compounding, and workflow coordination.
* Participate in quality assurance, serve on hospital committees, and support other healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate on departmental projects and services with leadership and informatics teams.
* Develop and monitor pharmacy services for patient care.
* Manage sterile compounding and hazardous drug compliance (TJC, CMS, USP 797/800).
* Lead staffing, recruitment, training, and employee development.
Minimum Qualifications
* PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
* Active District of Columbia pharmacist license.
* Completion of an ASHP-accredited residency or equivalent experience.
* Advanced managerial training (e.g., MS, MBA, MPH).
* At least two years hospital pharmacy practice experience.
* Preferred: two years supervisory experience.

Shift: Full-Time, Day Shift
Salary Range: $61.15 - $106.99 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
