You will be the first point of contact for our customers, building strong relationships, understanding their hire needs and ensuring we can meet them. This is a challenging, fast paced and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform to grow and progress your career within the Hire Industry You must have a strong administrative background and great customer service skills to adapt within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for answering customer enquiries quickly and efficiently, coordinating orders and enquiries for modular buildings and multi-cabin site establishments, ensuring smooth project delivery and excellent service. You will liaise with other members of the project team co-ordinating activities between customers, workshops, transport, subcontractors and support departments to ensure smooth project execution. What are we looking for? Motivated and driven individuals with a 'can do' attitude Experience within a customer focused environment, preferably within Hire/Construction Well organised, with the ability to work to deadlines and remain calm under pressure Previous experience in planning, managing, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines is highly advantageous.
