This part-time Job Share Property Administrator role based in Inverurie will have you working within a busy and friendly team focusing on property sales. Duties you can expect are negotiating offers, scheduling appointments for viewing agents, general Reception duties, and participating in marketing of properties. Strong communication skills and experience working in a customer-facing fast-paced are essential, and experience working within property industry is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating property consultant appointments for valuations and new listings.
* Scheduling viewings and managing viewing agent assignments.
* Handling property enquiries and supporting marketing activities in line with department procedures.
* Negotiating property offers and assisting with sales progression.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth property transactions using internal systems.
* Referring clients to the firm’s Financial Services Team when appropriate.
* Performing Reception duties, managing cash transactions, and supporting with ad hoc tasks as needed.
