Nursery Nurse
Here at Nurse Seekers are proud to be working for a highly rated private day nursery who are looking to employ a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner for their quality home away from home setting based in Southmoor, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will join their experienced team in providing a nurturing and holistic approach too childcare.
Requirements for this role:
* Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years (UK equivalent) Qualification
* Experience working with children aged 6 months to 4 years
* Understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted requirements
* A passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives

* Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
* Safeguard and promote the health, safety and welfare of children
* Passion for creating a learning-rich environment that supports children’s development and curiosity
* Compassion and understanding for working with children and their families
* Communicate with colleagues, parents/carers to meet the individual needs of the children
* As a keyworker for a group of children you will ensure every individual child’s needs are met, every day
* Compassionate approach to supporting, developing and guiding staff in creating the best possible environment for the children.
