Job Vacancy: Storeman – Yate (Full-Time) 🌟
We are looking for a reliable, organised Storeman to join our team in Yate. This role involves taking responsibility for the yard, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are stored safely and efficiently, and supporting site operations when required.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the yard, including organising stock, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safe working practices.

Receiving and checking deliveries, updating stock records, and preparing items for collection or site use.
*
Issuing tools, materials, and equipment to operatives as needed.
*
Occasional site duties, including helping to set up sites ready for work to begin (e.g., placing barriers, fencing, basic setup tasks).
*
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control.
*
Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
*
Full UK driving licence – essential
*
Previous yard, storeman, or labouring experience preferred but not essential.
*
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
A proactive attitude and willingness to help on-site when required.
