We’re now looking for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Manager to help shape and deliver leading digital strategies across our nine brands. The role: As Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering integrated marketing and communications that support brand awareness, lead generation and customer engagement. Working within our central Marketing team, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to plan, create and implement multichannel marcomms activities – from emails and webpages to social media content, events and print. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone with strong marketing and communications skills, great attention to detail and a desire to grow. You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Design staff, as well as external partners, to ensure all marketing and communications outputs are creative, effective and aligned with brand goals. Responsibilities: Marketing delivery & content creation Deliver targeted multichannel marketing activity across web, email, print and social media, including writing accurate, engaging and brand-aligned copy. Co-ordinate timelines, deliverables and internal approvals to ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard. Collaborate with the Design team to create eye-catching visuals, videos and other marketing collateral. Contribute creative ideas and insight to support brand strategy and business objectives. Draft internal and external communications, including blogs, articles and staff updates, to support wider PR and engagement efforts. Digital & social media support Assist in scheduling, monitoring and responding to social media activity across brands. Help manage website content updates and ensure alignment with SEO best practices. Events & brand support Support the planning and promotion of events, including national education sector conferences, university fairs, recruitment open days and webinars. Help ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and uphold tone of voice and visual identity. Liaise with suppliers to co-ordinate print production, branded merchandise and campaign materials. Requirements and skills Proven experience in a marketing or communications role working across online and offline channels. A degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications or a related field. Strong writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences. Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas. Good understanding of digital marketing, social media and content creation. Proficient in social media and digital marketing tools, with a good understanding of performance measurement to inform strategy and drive results.
