We are a well established consultancy providing multi-disciplinary services including Structural and Civil Engineering, Building Surveying, Land Surveying, Transport and Highway Engineering. Our newest office is in Cambridge and we are seeking a senior structural engineer to join as Associate Director, leading development and growth of this office.
Responsibilities
* Lead development and growth of the Cambridge office.
* Hands-on design and project delivery of building projects.
* Develop client relationships and win new business to grow the team.
* Deliver projects in line with company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
* Chartered Engineer (ICE or IStructE) with significant experience in building design.
* Pro-active, self-starting individual with strong technical expertise.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to develop client relationships.
* Experience in winning new business and project development.
