Are you an experienced Electrical Site Manager looking to take the lead on exciting commercial projects, including fit-outs and refurbishments, across London and the South East? Do you want a role offering autonomy, career progression, and excellent earning potential through overtime?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and trusted electrical contractor, established in 2013, specialising in commercial installations, maintenance, fire alarm systems, and EICR testing. You will be leading a skilled team of project electricians, ensuring installs are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
In this role, you will oversee site operations from start to finish, interpreting drawings, coordinating electricians and subcontractors, and managing project timelines. You will liaise directly with clients, ensuring smooth communication and cost efficiency, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
This role would suit an Electrical Site Manager confident with wiring, containment, and fire alarm systems, looking for a varied role with progression opportunities and overtime at enhanced rates.
The Role:
* Oversee electrical installations and site operations on commercial fit-outs
* Lead and supervise electricians, ensuring deadlines and safety standards are met
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, documentation, and company standards
The Person:
* Experienced Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor
* Confident with all aspects of electrical wiring and containment
* Gold ECS Card
