One of the largest Automotive Retailers in the world is seeking a Tier II-III Systems Engineer to join on a 6-month contract with the possibility for extensions or conversion. As a Tier II-III Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for managing user accounts and resolving authentication issues. You will also handle and troubleshoot Tier II/III tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Your role involves fully troubleshooting some tickets, granting necessary permissions, and diagnosing issues to their root cause. For complex problems, you will either fix them or escalate to the appropriate team. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role. You'll also play a large part in migrating upwards of 11,000 users to the new tenant using Quest to Entra ID/ Azure AD. Lastly, there will be touch with East Coast members of this team and users!
Required Skills:
* 4+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer
* 4+ years of experience with Office365
* 4+ years of experience troubleshooting tier II/III tickets through Zendesk
* 4+ years of experience with Quest
* 4+ years of experience with Entra ID/Azure AD
Nice to Have Skills:
* Enterprise level Automotive Industry experience
* Enterprise level experience working with International teams
* Strong ability to support non-technical end users
* Experience using PowerShell for automation
