What You’ll Do
* Coordinate and deliver the company’s annual learning and development plan, from professional qualifications to leadership and soft skills programmes.
* Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, materials and attendance tracking.
* Support the roll-out of development pathways and liaise with external training providers to ensure quality and value.
* Oversee HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys and recruitment administration.
* Maintain HR and training records with accuracy and GDPR compliance.
* Produce and interpret HR and L&D reports identifying trends, insights and opportunities for improvement.
* Build partnerships with educational institutions to support early careers and apprenticeships.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience in an HR or L&D coordination role.
* Power BI or Advanced Excel skills - confident in manipulating and analysing HR data to inform decisions and drive improvements.
* Excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for people and learning.
