Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic, Stove Installation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various stove installations with general building works and maintenance repairs, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Responsibilities
* Assisting with the preparation of sites, including stetting up protection, equipment and clearing debris
* Supporting the team with tasks such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials
* Operating basic tools and machinery in accordance with safety guidelines
* Undertaking minor building works
* Assist in the installation of flue liners, twin wall flues and Multi fuel/Wood Burning Stoves.
* Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, organised, and safe at all times
* Following instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
* Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
* Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times during work activities
Skills
* Previous experience in construction or manual labour is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
* Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks over extended periods
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Basic understanding of health and safety procedures within a construction environment
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various project requirements
