Are you an experienced HR operational leader who thrives in a fast paced and people focused environment? We are looking for an Interim People Operations Manager to take ownership of two important teams, a seven person Service Desk function and a small dedicated Payroll team, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the board. In this role you will be the driving force behind day to day operations. You will support your teams, resolve escalations, improve processes and make sure high quality service is consistently delivered. It is a hands on and practical role that suits someone who enjoys leading from the front. This role can be remote but with occasional travel to the Head Office in the centre of Bristol. What you will be doing Leading, coaching and developing Service Desk and Payroll teams Managing workflows, performance and daily service delivery Acting as the main escalation point for complex queries Identifying operational improvements to increase efficiency and service quality Ensuring payroll activities are delivered accurately and on time Creating a positive and collaborative team culture What we are looking for Strong operational HR management experience Proven leadership of HR service led teams Excellent problem solving skills and calmness under pressure A people first approach with the ability to inspire and motivate Experience in HR Service Desk and Payroll functions Ideally CIPD qualified This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation in the middle of a change programme.
