Applications are invited for a General Consultant Anaesthetist position at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
This role is part of a mixture of replacement appointments following service expansion and retirements. We accommodate special interests in most major subfields of anaesthesia.
Candidates unable to undertake a full-time role will be considered, with job content adjusted accordingly in consultation with colleagues and management.

Role Overview
* Provide clinical responsibilities within the Department of Anaesthesia across various specialties suitable to experience and training.
* Participate in peri-operative assessment clinics as needed.
* Contribute to the Trust's Clinical Governance program, including clinical audits, guidelines, professional development, and risk management.
* On-call commitment approximately 1:20, covering emergency work; separate rota for paediatric, trauma, ICU, and obstetric anaesthesia.
