Your day-to-day will involve:
Operational Management:
Ensure the pub maintains high service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ordering and managing stock in line with stock take expectations and monthly budgets.
Ensure excellent maintenance management and Logit system is used effectively
Staff Recruitment, Leadership & Training:
Ensure the team is fully trained, ensuring strong leadership.
Lead by example, motivating teams to deliver excellent customer service.
Recruit and develop new members of the team and a new kitchen team.
Financial & Business Performance:
Submit weekly management report.
Drive sales performance at the pub.
Ensure financial targets, including profit margin, wet and dry margins, and cost controls are met.
Implement promotions and marketing strategies to enhance revenue.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards:
Ensure the pub delivers a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
Maintain brand standards at all times.
Handle customer complaints and feedback, resolving issues effectively.
Compliance & Health & Safety:
Ensure the pub complies with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
Train staff on best practices in health, safety, and legal responsibilities.
Complete daily statutory maintenance tasks in line with Logit requirements.
