Independent Living Alternatives (ILA) is looking for a Recruitment Officer to support the organisation in its principle aim of providing a comprehensive range of personal assistance services to disabled people across London.
The successful candidate will have an understanding and experience of recruitment and human resource management as well as being able to demonstrate an understanding of independent living and personal assistance in the context of the disability movement.
The Recruitment Officer will have:
* Experience of recruitment and human resource management
* A thorough understanding or demonstrate a willingness to learn the principles of independent living and personal assistance
* Excellent Communication Skills
As well as:
* The ability to manage a range of diverse tasks
* A track record of working to deadlines, completing tasks on time and to a high standard
* Strong organisational skills
