Compensation
Up to $80,000 annually, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
* Manage and maintain the firm’s intranet
* Design and update content in collaboration with firm departments
* Implement content standards, retention policies, and user permissions
* Support integrations with enterprise applications
* Coordinate support and upgrades with Infodash
* Monitor site usage and performance for continuous improvement
* Train staff and troubleshoot platform issues
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Experience with Infodash or similar intranet platforms
* Background in a law firm or professional services environment
* Understanding of enterprise application integrations (iManage, Aderant, BigHand)
* Strong knowledge of content governance policies
* High proficiency in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools
* Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
