Team Lead Account Manager | SalesTech | VC-Backed | Serie A

This is your chance to partner with high-growth businesses and directly influence their revenue strategy using data, insights, and smart GTM execution.


We’re partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed startup who has recently raised their Series A from top-tier investors and is led by a commercially sharp founding team with deep GTM and data expertise.


They’re now building their next success story and looking for an ambitious Team Lead Account Manager to join their lean, high-impact GTM team in London.


What They’re Building

A GTM data platform helping go-to-market teams make smarter, faster decisions using tailored datasets and actionable insights.


Think: a data engine that tells you who to target, how to engage them, and what actually drives revenue.


Location

📌 London, United Kingdom

🏢 Hybrid (2–3 days onsite/week)


What You’ll Do

* Own the full post-sale lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewal and expansion
* Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders on GTM execution
* Deliver insight-led sessions that drive adoption, reduce churn, and unlock growth
* Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Product, and leadership to shape client outcomes
* Act as a team lead to proactively shape its internal structure and culture.

* High visibility role with direct access to senior leadership and decision-makers

Must-Haves

* 2–5 years’ experience in Account Management or CSM within B2B SaaS
* Strong ability to work with and interpret complex datasets
* Solid understanding of GTM strategy, tooling, and revenue functions
* Proven ownership of onboarding, renewals, and expansion
* Strong “voice of the customer” mindset
* Comfortable engaging, influencing and challenging senior stakeholders (C-level)
* Autonomous in learning and development
* “Builder” mentality identifies where processes require improvement and implements change
* AI native
