About You
Are you a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives on learning new things? If so, we want you! Previous experience isn’t necessary; what matters most is your positive attitude, mindset, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests' lives.
As a Team Member + 1, your week will kick off with cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, followed by working in another area for the rest of the week. No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of collaborating with different team members and engaging with our guests.
Whether you’re seeking a temporary role or envisioning a long-term career with Butlin’s, this position offers the perfect chance to gain hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas.
