A market-leading Learning Management System (LMS) provider is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to drive their next phase of expansion across the UK and Europe.
About the Role
As Head of Sales, you will:
* Lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on large corporates, financial services, and institutional clients
* Shape and execute the commercial strategy across the UK and European markets
* Own the full sales cycle for high-value enterprise deals, with a strong focus on consultative solution selling
* Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align go-to-market efforts
* Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client engagements
What You’ll Bring
* 7+ years of sales experience, with at least 3+ in a leadership or team-building capacity
* Strong background in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within LMS, HRTech, EdTech, or digital learning
* A deep understanding of selling into large corporates, financial services firms, and institutions
* Experience leading teams and scaling commercial operations across multiple European markets
* Based in London, with ability to travel regionally as needed
