#### Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or timelines.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, developing contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local laws.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, including cost analysis and market trends.
- Supervise and maintain the Project Procurement Plan and Procurement Tracking Schedule.
- Coordinate and monitor the Procurement team from material requisition to site delivery.
#### Essential Skills and Experience:
- University degree in a business-related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g., CIPS) are preferred.
- 5-7 years of procurement and supply chain experience.
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse cultures and nationalities.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience with projects in the Middle East is welcomed.
- Strong analytical skills and sourcing expertise.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Windows.
- Experience with composites is an advantage, but not essential.
