Roles Available:
Qualified Secondary Teachers (QTS)
• Covering core and foundation subjects across KS3–KS4
• Long-term roles, sickness cover and intervention teaching
• Behaviour-supportive school with strong routines and clear expectations
Cover Supervisors
• Supervising pre-planned lessons and maintaining classroom consistency
• Ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers or those with strong youth-work backgrounds
Learning Support Assistants & Teaching Assistants
• Providing 1:1 and small-group support
• Working with students with SEND, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
• Supporting mainstream lessons and pastoral teams
Ideal Candidates Will:
• Hold QTS or have strong experience in a secondary education setting
• Be adaptable, confident, and able to engage with students of varying abilities
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
• Bring energy, consistency, and a genuine passion for supporting young people
