The Role: Own Your Operation As a Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind your department. This isn't a clipboard job - you'llbe on the floor, leading from the front, and making daily decisions that directly impact our success. Collaborate Across the Site Work closely with Senior Team Leaders and the wider fulfilment team to ensure seamless operations across all departments.
