Job Description:
At PetsApp, we provide an app-based client communication solution for veterinary clinics, enabling them to better engage with pet owners and advocate for their patients.

Job Responsibilities
* Manage long-term relationships with existing clinics and onboard new clinics to PetsApp.
* Review and enhance client performance on the PetsApp platform.
* Support the implementation of new PetsApp solutions at existing clients.
* Collaborate with other teams at PetsApp to ensure excellent client experience.
* Own the success of a large portfolio of customers, focusing on revenue retention, growth, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Veterinary clinic experience is essential!
* Interest and experience with software solutions, including practice management software and tools like HubSpot and Metabase.
* Conscientious, detail-oriented, with the ability to apply strategic goals to decision-making.
* Ability to work independently and proactively.
* High tolerance for ambiguity and understanding of startup risks and rewards.
* Team player with leadership potential.
