Vision Products are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and empathetic part-time customer service assistant to become a valued member of the team. This role is instrumental in delivering exceptional customer care for our Community Equipment Service, ensuring that clients in the community receive the support they need.
This role is based on site at our Pontyclun offices, with the potential for some hybrid working once fully trained.
Responsibilities
* Handle telephone queries with professionalism and care.
* Assist in scheduling deliveries, collections and equipment repairs by coordinating with clients to arrange suitable dates within order requirements.
* Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for an individual with experience in a fast paced customer service environment, paired with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine dedication to making a positive impact both within the workplace and the wider community.
