The integrated Rehabilitation Service is looking for an enthusiastic staff member who wishes to develop their clinical skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high‑quality assessment, treatment and advice for patients within emergency areas.
* Concentrate on admission avoidance and facilitate early discharge.
* Manage patients with diverse and often complex needs while working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
* Manage your own caseload independently, ensuring safe and seamless transfer of patients through their journey in the Queen Elizabeth Hospital for timely discharges.
* Lead in‑service training, supervise other staff members and mentor students, developing management and teaching skills.
* Maintain strong communication with patients, carers and colleagues across the multidisciplinary team, acting as an advocate for patient well‑being.
* Work weekend shifts as part of an agreed rota.
* Coordinate the delivery of services with colleagues, ensuring smooth and effective operation of the team.
