Job Title: Counterbalance FLT Night Operative (Monday-Friday)
Location: OL12 area
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck (CB FLT) Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in the OL12 area. This is a Monday to Friday night shift role offering consistent hours and long-term potential.

Pay Rates
* Base rate: £12.75 per hour
* Evening shift (+10%): £14.03 per hour
* Night shift (+15%): £14.66 per hour
* Overtime (1.5x): £19.13 per hour

* Monday to Friday
* Night shift (10 hours / 8 hours / 12 hours)

Role Responsibilities
* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (CB FLT) safely and efficiently
* Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
* Moving stock around the warehouse and storage areas
* Assisting with packing, weighing, and general warehouse duties
* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed at all times
* Maintaining accurate stock handling and organisation

✔ Requirements
* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred (training can be provided for suitable candidates)
* Previous experience in warehouse, packing, or weighing operations desirable
* Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts consistently
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
