Overview of the role
As the Customer Service Assistant, you will be supporting both our internal and external customer base. This will be via email and telephone. You will also be responsible for all other administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities
* Dealing with any issues a customer may have with stock they have/ have not received both by telephone and e-mail
* Updating call sheets to confirm customers have received a call
* Physically checking stock locations
* Liaising with external transport companies
* Raising credit notes and posting onto in-house system
* Raising product complaints onto in-house system
* Investigate distribution complaints.
