The role
* Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant desirable
* Support the class teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons
* Provide one to one support or group assistance
* Motivating pupils with SEN
* Assisting with behaviour management
* Strong communication skills and being able to work in a team
