Driver Hire Stockport is actively recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) and Class 2 (C) drivers for a wide range of assignments across the SK postcode area.

What We Offer:

Duties Include of this HGV Driver:
6. Safe and responsible driving of HGV Class 1 or 2 vehicles
7. Conducting daily vehicle checks
8. Keeping in contact with our branch team on progress
9. Completing paperwork accurately and on time
Requirements of our HGV:
10. Valid Cat C or Cat C+E Licence
11. Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
12. Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience
13. No DDs, DRs, INs, or TTs
14. Good time management and reliability
Pay Rates (Paid Weekly via PAYE):
HGV Class 1 (C+E):
15. £17.59/hr – Minimum 8 hours paid
16. £23.53/hr – Overtime (after 8 hrs)
If you prefer to accrue holiday pay separately: £15.70/hr & £21/hr overtime
HGV Class 2 (C):
17. £16.47/hr – Minimum 8 hours paid
18. £22.05/hr – Overtime (after 8 hrs)
If you prefer to accrue holiday pay separately: £14.70/hr & £19.68/hr overtime
