The length of cover is at least 12 months and is to start a.s.a.p.
Penistone Group Practice is a GP Training Practice, delivering high quality care to over 16,000 patients.
Main duties of the job
To work as an autonomouspractitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practicepopulation, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care .

Monthly training sessions for all GP's
We have a team of over 60 staff including, GP's, Nurses, HCA`s and administrative support staff.
We provide a comprehensive range of medical services including minor operations and women's health services.
The Practice is a high QOF achiever and participates in National Directives and Local Enhanced Services.

* We are looking for a qualified GP with eligibility to practice in the UK, to be responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice population, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care.
* Furthermore, the post holder will adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.
