The Role
As Business Development Manager, your focus will be driving engagement and growth across the apprenticeship and skills sector. Key responsibilities include:

Building and managing relationships with FE colleges, independent training providers, and employer partners.

Driving new business opportunities through strategic outreach and a consultative sales approach.
*
Promoting high-quality EPA or awarding services tailored to the needs of providers.
*
Feeding into strategic decisions through market intelligence and competitor analysis.
*
Working cross-functionally with internal teams to align delivery with growth.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience in the EPA or Awarding Organisation space – essential and non-negotiable.
✅ In-depth understanding of the apprenticeship system, funding models, and Ofqual/IfATE frameworks.
✅ A track record of success in business development, sales, or employer engagement.
✅ Confident communicator who can simplify complex services for a wide range of audiences.
✅ Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and works well with targets.
✅ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Salary & Benefits
