What you’ll be doing
Tooling & Platform Strategy
1. Define the long-term tooling strategy for automation and related design/engineering workflows
Standards, Documentation & Ways of Working
2. Own and evolve standards, guidelines, and approval flows that govern automation delivery
Governance & Compliance
3. Lead governance for process registration across all LoBs, ensuring every automation is correctly catalogued, approved, and monitored
Reusability, Integration & Ecosystem Development
4. Improve identification of reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators
Insights, Analytics & Reporting
5. Build and manage dashboards that provide visibility into licensing, Process inventory, Utilization, Failure trends, Automation health, Delivery performance and more
Stakeholder, Vendor & Cross LOB Collaboration
6. Maintain strong relationships with architecture, delivery leads, product owners, and automation managers across all federated teams
Experience you'll have
Core Skills
7. Strong ability to translate business needs into strategy, standards, and governance structures
8. Deep understanding of automation lifecycle methodologies (design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring)
9. Strong analytical mindset; experience designing dashboards and insights to drive decisions
10. Excellent written documentation, ability to create standards, playbooks, and guidelines.
11. Strong vendor management and stakeholder management skills
Technical Skills
12. Understanding of automation tools (Blue Prism or similar), integration patterns, and enterprise workflows
13. Experience working with analytics toolchains for dashboarding and reporting
14. Awareness of modern technology trends—AI, low‑code, automation discovery tools
Desirable
15. Knowledge of low‑code platforms, AI‑driven automation discovery, or process mining tools.
16. Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
17. Rudimentary understanding of integrations
