My client is a multinational apparel buying hub and exporter with a vision to deliver world-class service, high-quality solutions, and value-added services to the textile and fashion industries globally. They specialize in everything from fabrics to fashion, leveraging market knowledge and experienced sourcing professionals.
They are seeking a Womenswear Sales Manager to join their team, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate closely with the design team across multiple product categories. As a Sales Manager, you will drive sales, facilitate smooth communication between cross-country teams, and play a key role in shaping the womenswear division of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Manage relationships with retail partners.
2. Work closely with the design team to align product development with customer needs and market trends.
3. Oversee sales strategies and drive business growth.
4. Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and reporting.
5. Stay informed on market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
6. Travel overseas as required for customer and supplier visits.
We are looking for a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in the fashion industry, either on the retail or supplier side. A strong understanding of the UK womenswear market is essential, along with the ability to confidently liaise with both internal teams and external partners.
