I am working with a great client based in Reading to recruit a sales and customer Service administrator to join their team. It is an office based position and you will be supporting the sales team by updating profiles, processing orders, conducting pricing reviews and keeping the ordering platform up to date. The successful sales & customer service administrator will need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to comfortably communicate in English (both written and verbally). You will have demonstratable customer service experience, ideally over the phone and via email. All candidates must be able to use the Microsoft office suite and have experience with a CRM system. The Role * Manage incoming calls and emails, forward to the appropriate team and log information on the appropriate system. * Maintain and update customer accounts * Communicate effectively with customers to keep them informed of order status and trouble shooting where needed. * Prepare customer quotations for the sales team * Work within the team to deliver an amazing customer experience. This is a maternity cover position so will be for 9 months starting as soon as possible to ensure a comprehensive handover. The company can be flexible on the number of hours depending on the candidates situation but would like someone to be in Monday – Friday.
