The successful candidate will need to be flexible with shift times should future requirements change.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair issues in electrical, control, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Implement and adhere to a planned preventative maintenance schedule to ensure optimal equipment performance maintaining high levels of equipment availability to meet the needs of internal customers
React swiftly to breakdowns, coordinating and communicating effectively with local leadership and affected parties to minimise downtime.
Work closely with the Production and Engineering Departments to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency.
Follow and enforce safe working practices, create and adhere to Risk Assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
Investigate machine-related quality issues methodically and systematically to identify root causes and implement solutions.
