We offer:
* Access to mentors and technical experts — learn directly from industry leaders.

o are curious about how digital design, control systems, and automation shape the future of energy
o have exposure (or interest) in CAD, BIM, AVEVA or similar tools
o communicate clearly and work well in teams
o are motivated to keep learning and grow toward Chartered Engineer status
* Bonus points if you already have experience or coursework relevant to nuclear, power systems, or industrial control environments.

* You’ll also need to be able to obtain a minimum of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, with some roles requiring higher levels of clearance.

* More information on security vetting and clearance levels can be found on the UK Government website: National Security Vetting: clearance levels.

* Your interest in and knowledge of your chosen discipline
Successful applicants will then be invited to attend an in-person assessment centre at one of our UK offices.
