You will play a key role in developing category strategies, driving value, managing supplier relationships, and supporting the delivery of critical technology solutions. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement Digital & IT category strategies aligned to organisational objectives. * Conduct market analysis and identify emerging technologies, suppliers, and commercial opportunities. * Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement projects from planning through to contract award. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, and wider business functions. * Negotiate commercial agreements to secure favourable terms, manage risk, and ensure compliance. * Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities and process improvements. * Monitor supplier and category performance against agreed KPIs and objectives. * Lead cross-functional procurement projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales and budgets. * Produce insightful reporting and recommendations for senior leadership teams. * Support continuous improvement and best practice across procurement and category management activities. About You * Proven experience in Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Procurement within Digital and IT categories. * Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends. * Demonstrable experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver measurable value. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. * Experience managing supplier relationships and delivering successful procurement outcomes. * Strong project management and organisational skills. * Proficiency in relevant procurement, sourcing, and reporting tools. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience. * Professional procurement qualifications (CIPS or equivalent) would be advantageous.
