The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of individual students.
* Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
* Foster a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.
* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers and parents.
* Encourage positive behaviour and help students develop essential life skills.
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for students.
Requirements:
* A genuine passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their full potential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
* Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach to understanding and addressing the diverse needs of students.
* Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic educational environment.
* Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
