Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Contract: 6-month rolling
Rate: £32 per hour (UMBRELLA PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–3:30pm (35 hours/week)
Role Overview:
A new opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a leading main contractor specialising in Rail, Construction, and Civil Engineering. You’ll play a vital supporting role in the delivery of key projects, providing technical and clerical assistance to the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise and provide support to outside parties, providing guidance and assistance with new and ongoing queries.
Locate and collate data, records, and documents as needed utilising Mapping software and CRM Software
Utilise CRM Oracle software to track and log projects
Carry out and manage desktop reviews and Risk assessments for projects
Assist with KPI reporting and presentations in team meetings and inbox management.
Track project actions from key meetings and inbox.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. formulas, data tracking)
Oracle or CRM software experience.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Available to start week commencing 13th October 2025
