Role Summary Reporting to the OPTiX Project Director (Organisation, Process & Technology in Xoserve), the Business Analyst will contribute to a broad range of initiatives across Xoserve’s change portfolios. The role focuses on eliciting, analysing and documenting current and future state processes and requirements to inform effective solution selection and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This position is suited to an experienced and motivated Business Analyst looking to make a meaningful impact within Xoserve’s transformation agenda.
