Senior Delivery Manager – Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
Responsibilities
* Managing successful outcomes and driving delivery in the Private or Public Sector.
* Drive application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
* Deliver applications, services, products or platforms.
* Ensure governance, standards and quality metrics are applied and adhered to throughout project delivery.
* Provide an overview view of large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
* Communicate and negotiate effectively and credibly with clients.
* Drive presales and business development to expand existing business, including written bid responses and formal presentations.
* Apply user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
* Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and positive culture aligned to Version 1 core values.
Qualifications
* Significant experience managing successful outcomes and delivering in the Private or Public Sector.
* Experience in complex application modernization and digital transformation using cloud technologies (Azure, AWS).
* Experience delivering applications, services, products or platforms (3 of 4 required).
* Experience managing and leading large/complex delivery teams within multi-supplier engagements.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills with good commercial awareness and understanding of project challenges in multi-supplier environments.
* Significant presales and business development experience, including written bid responses and formal presentations.
* Experience applying user research and design disciplines within solution delivery.
