The focus is on providing expert, compassionate treatment to ensure the best outcomes for patients. Each site is equipped with advanced veterinary facilities, including: CT scanner Digital X-ray and dental X-ray Ultrasound equipment Flexible endoscopes and gastroscopes Fully equipped operating theatre Spacious preparation room In-house laboratory Separate cat and dog wards, including an isolation unit Six consultation rooms The practice also supports professional development, with funding available for certificates where appropriate, particularly for candidates progressing into a permanent role. The veterinary team includes multiple certificate holders, with clinical interests spanning dermatology, cardiology, surgery, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, diagnostic imaging, acupuncture, and exotic animal medicine. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon to join a progressive and supportive team environment. The role offers a varied and engaging caseload within a modern clinical setting. The successful candidate will: Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon registered with the RCVS Demonstrate strong clinical examination and surgical skills Be confident in client consultations and communication Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team The position is well supported by a team of experienced Registered Veterinary Nurses (RVNs), Student Veterinary Nurses (SVNs), and knowledgeable reception staff. Working Pattern Full-time position Mix of early and late shifts Shared weekend rota No night duties or out-of-hours (OOH) requirements The practice actively promotes a healthy work-life balance.
