We are seeking a proactive and friendly Account Manager to drive growth across the Twinkl Group. You will be the knowledgeable first point of contact for new customers, ensuring they feel confident and excited about the value Twinkl brings to their educational journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service, all while contributing directly to Twinkl’s mission.
What You'll Be Doing
* Drive Growth: Proactively promote, upsell, and cross-sell Twinkl products and services including PlanIt Schemes of Work, Professional Development (PD), Physical Products and more to highlight how they enhance the Twinkl membership experience.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and consistent messaging.
* Sales Coordination: Partner with stakeholders across the Twinkl Group to support the efficient and timely delivery of products and services.
* Customer Success: Identify opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction, nurturing long-term relationships that lead to retention and growth.
What You'll Bring
* Proven success in upselling, cross-selling, or customer success roles, with measurable impact on revenue growth or retention.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences, from individual educators to school leaders.
* A collaborative approach by confidently working across departments to align onboarding with wider business goals.
* Highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused, with excellent attention to detail.
* A genuine passion for education and supporting those who teach is essential.
